Cindy Childress has special powers.

She can not only write an entire book in the voice of any expert (and does so regularly for bestselling authors)…

At a conference of hundreds of jittery writers about to pitch their books to bigtime publishers, she also realized she has a gift for helping people give a clear, concise and compelling one-sentence pitch.

Something most mortals struggle mightily with.

She came to the rescue of more than a dozen fellow-writers by spontaneously retooling their pitches on the spot in about 20 seconds each.

Cindy Childress is amazing! I met her through Laura Belgray’s Shrimp Club and she’s helped me with my Power Sentence, book and ICA (Ideal Customer Avatar). I am my ICA and live and breathe my topic & still I couldn’t quite nail the “hook” for my book… but Cindy could right away. Thanks so much Kevin for this fabulous podcast. You’re always so much fun to listen to and everybody always says such great things about you!

Hi, Kelly! I’m so glad you enjoyed this conversation I had with Kevin and that you’ve got a hook for your book that you love. That means everything.

Being clear on one reader makes it so much easier for people to refer your book because when they come across your ideal reader, your clear message pops into their minds. And, when your message pops out at a potential reader, they instantly realize your book is THE best way to solve their problem, and that book is going into the cart and making it to the checkout.

I can’t wait to see the changes to your copy and how you market your book now that you have this new clarity.
