Love the idea of ‘tracking your emotions ‘ and noting the reasons why one does something. It is very therapeutic and I have done this for sometime. It helps one to understand oneself much more. Great podcast. Great discussion. Brought back some memories of the past too- Kennedy, MLK. A great discussion.
